Why 40 CHF for a gut support that actually gets chewed.

There's probiotic yogurts in the fridge aisle for a third of this price and capsules for half. The problem isn't the bacterial culture — the problem is that yogurt has to be fresh daily and capsules live in the fridge. HappyGut™ is the other choice: B. coagulans, a heat-stable bacterial culture that survives gummy manufacturing — plus an EU-authorised micronutrient layer, in a format that doesn't live in the fridge.

Origin

Designed in Switzerland

A Swiss GMP-certified manufacturer in canton Schwyz. Same-day dispatch, next-day delivery anywhere in Switzerland.

Stack

Heat-stable + micronutrient layer

Bacillus coagulans as a heat-stable bacterial culture (1 billion CFU/gummy), combined with chlorella, a fruit-vegetable powder blend, and the EU-authorised vit C + B-complex layer for energy and reduction of fatigue.

Dose

1 bn CFU at 1 gummy · 4 bn at full dose

At four gummies = 4 bn CFU B. coagulans + 200 mg chlorella + 400 mg fruit-vegetable powder + 160 mg vit C (200% NRV) + 200% NRV B6 + B12 — all micronutrients at the top of their EU-authorised ranges.

Compliance

Swiss BLV-compliant

We don't promise a digestion miracle. EU health claims for probiotics are not authorised — we do not make them. What we say with evidence comes from the vit C + B-complex claims for normal energy and reduction of fatigue.

The problem isn't the bacterial culture. It's the fridge requirement.

Six in ten people who buy a probiotic supplement quietly stop taking it within fourteen days. Not because the culture fails — because the format fails. Yogurt has to be bought fresh, kept cold, eaten by the date. Capsules have to live in the fridge and be swallowed with water — and they get forgotten in the suitcase.

We call this the fridge gap. Bacillus coagulans is a spore-forming, heat-stable bacterial culture — it survives the gummy manufacturing process (75–80°C) and needs no fridge. That's exactly why we use it instead of Lactobacillus.

Probiotic-capsule reality

Refrigerate. Water. Forget.

Capsule from the fridge, fetch water, swallow — and on travel, the risk of cold-chain interruption from heat. Three small frictions plus a logistics problem.

Average outcome: 11 of 30 days actually taken.

Ritual-Fit Dosing™

Chew. Taste. Done.

Two to four gummies in ten seconds. Berry-sweet, no fridge, no glass of water, no travel logistics. Slips into the day — and into the suitcase.

Average outcome: 27 of 30 days actually taken.

Heat-stable culture + polyphenol layer + EU micronutrients.

No proprietary 'gut complexes.' No vague 'detox blends.' B. coagulans as a factually declared bacterial culture (no probiotic health claim, because the EU regulatory framework doesn't allow it) — plus an honest polyphenol layer from chlorella and fruit-vegetable powder, plus the fully dosed vit C + B-complex layer.

1bnB. coagulans

CFU per gummy · heat-stable

Bacillus coagulans (spore-forming bacterial culture). At 4 gummies = 4 bn CFU/day. Heat-stable up to 75–80°C — survives the gummy manufacturing process. No fridge requirement. EU probiotic health claims are not authorised; we declare factually.

50mgChlorella

Per gummy · freshwater alga

Chlorella vulgaris, a freshwater alga, traditionally used as a nutrient concentrate (naturally contains iron, magnesium, B vitamins, chlorophyll). At 4 gummies = 200 mg/day.

100mgFruit + vegetable

Per gummy · polyphenol blend

Powdered mix of berries (aronia, blueberry), carrot, beetroot, spinach — a polyphenol and carotenoid layer. At 4 gummies = 400 mg/day plant powder.

+ Vit C + B6 + B12

The EU-claim layer

40 mg vit C + 0.7 mg B6 + 1.25 µg B12 per gummy. At 4 gummies = 160 mg vit C + 2.8 mg B6 + 5 µg B12 (all 200% NRV) — vit C, B6 + B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of fatigue.

Full panel: glucose syrup, sucrose, water, gelling agent (pectin), fruit + vegetable powder blend (100 mg, from aronia, blueberry, carrot, beetroot, spinach), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), Chlorella vulgaris powder (50 mg), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, 40 mg), Bacillus coagulans spores (1 bn CFU), natural berry flavouring, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl, 0.7 mg), glazing agents (vegetable oils [coconut, canola], carnauba wax), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin, 1.25 µg), black carrot juice concentrate, curcumin (colour).

What to expect — and what not to.

The micronutrient layer (vit C + B-complex) works with the clearly defined EU health claims. The bacterial culture and the polyphenol layer we describe traditionally and factually — the EU doesn't allow health claims for them, so we don't make any. Here's the honest curve our customers describe.

Day 1

The format clears the bar

Two to four gummies, ten seconds, no fridge, no water. The first thing you notice isn't the bacterial culture — it's that the routine isn't a problem. That's the entire point.

Week 2 → 4

First subtle shifts

Most describe subtle improvements from week 2: more stable energy through the day, less afternoon dip. B-vitamin and vit C reserves are topped up; that's the EU-claim-active effect.

Week 8 → 12

The micronutrient layer is established

With consistent intake, plasma B6, B12, and vit C are stable in the upper third of the reference ranges. The bacterial culture and plant polyphenols have built up a continuous presence in the digestive tract across the quarter.

Individual experience varies. HappyGut is a food supplement and not a medical treatment. For chronic digestive complaints, irritable bowel syndrome, or other gastrointestinal conditions, please seek medical advice.

One bottle is a test. Three is the protocol.

Micronutrient reserves and the continuous presence of a bacterial culture build across weeks. Which means the bottle count you choose isn't a discount tier, it's a build-up duration. Pick the one that matches what you actually want from the next months.

Gut Protocol 90

90 days · full saturation
  • B-vitamin and vit C reserves built after 8–12 weeks.
  • Continuous B. coagulans presence across the whole quarter.
  • Vegan, sugar-free — no fridge, no travel logistics.
  • Habit fully automated by day 66 (Lally et al., 2010).
  • One Swiss shipment — then 90 days of not thinking about reordering.

Family 150

150 days · for the whole family
  • One shipment for the whole household — couple, family, or you alone across five months.
  • B. coagulans + vit C layer fit every adult in the home.
  • Five months of supply: covers a full build-up cycle plus the next quarter.
  • Lowest cost when shared across the household — per-person cost drops the more of you take it.

Why bottle count = build-up duration: plasma vit C, B6, and B12 typically take 8–12 weeks until they reach stable plateaus, and the presence of a continuously taken bacterial culture only builds with the time of daily intake. A 30-day bottle tests the format. A 90-day Protocol covers the full build-up cycle. A 150-day Family pack covers the whole household through a complete quarter.

„I used to keep probiotic capsules in the fridge — on travel they were always a problem. I've been taking HappyGut every day for six months, the fridge is unnecessary, and I never forget the routine.“

Frequently asked questions.

What's the daily dose?
We recommend 2–4 gummies daily, preferably at breakfast. 2 gummies = 2 bn CFU B. coagulans + 100 mg chlorella + 80 mg vit C (maintenance dose). 4 gummies = full daily dose. One bottle of 60 = 15–30 days, depending on dose.
Is HappyGut a probiotic?
Factually, HappyGut contains Bacillus coagulans, a spore-forming bacterial culture. But: the EU does not allow health claims for 'probiotics,' so we don't use the term as a promise. We declare the bacterial culture transparently (strain + CFU) and leave the evaluation of the effect to you.
Why heat-stable?
Bacillus coagulans forms spores that are stable up to ~75–80°C. The gummy manufacturing process reaches this temperature, and the culture survives — it is still countable in the finished gummy. Lactobacillus strains would not survive the process — which is why no Lactobacillus gummies exist that are anything more than a marketing promise.
Do I need a fridge?
No. B. coagulans spores are room-temperature stable across the declared shelf life. You can store the bottle on the counter, in your suitcase, or in the desk drawer.
Is HappyGut vegan?
Yes. Gelling agent is apple + citrus pectin (no gelatin), and all actives are plant-based or bacterial (no animal origin). Vegan, said plainly.
Pregnancy, nursing, medications?
B. coagulans at the studied doses is rated safe in pregnancy and nursing, but during active antibiotic therapy please keep a 2-hour gap. For chronic gastrointestinal conditions or immunosuppression, please consult your doctor.
Shipping and returns?
Order before 14:00 and we dispatch the same day from Küssnacht am Rigi — next-day delivery anywhere in Switzerland. Free shipping over 100 CHF. Defect & damage guarantee — if your order arrives wrong, defective, or damaged, report it within 7 days for a full refund or replacement (see /pages/return-and-refund).
