The short version: Swiss Nutri GmbH ships gummies, you pay for them, refunds are limited to defective or wrong items reported within 7 days, and we resolve any disputes in good faith first. Disputes that survive that go to a court in Schwyz canton under Swiss law.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who places an order through swissgummies.ch, subscribes to our newsletter, or uses any feature of the site. The contract is between you ("you", "customer") and Swiss Nutri GmbH, registered in Küssnacht am Rigi (CHE-397.657.671), operating the "Swiss Gummies" brand ("Swiss Gummies", "we", "us").
Purchases are only permitted for individuals at least 18 years of age.
Placing an order
The site shows products with current prices, ingredients, and dosages. Adding a product to the cart is not yet a contract. The contract is concluded when you complete checkout and we confirm the order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly due to a system error, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices include Swiss VAT for CH/LI orders. Currency is Swiss Francs (CHF).
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers; we never see or store your card number.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is 4.95 CHF for all orders, with free shipping on orders over 100 CHF. We dispatch from Küssnacht via Swiss Post the same working day on orders placed before noon CET. Full details: Shipping.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is damaged or missing on arrival, write to support@swissgummies.ch within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund.
Returns & refunds
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Swiss Gummies products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been completed, whether the product is opened or unopened.
Refunds may be considered only when:
- You received a wrong item (different from what was ordered), or
- You received a defective or damaged product.
To request a refund you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Full process: Return and refund policy.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence you choose. You can pause, skip, change cadence, change product, or cancel any cycle from your account in one click. We email you a reminder before each renewal.
Each subscription dispatch is a separate order subject to the same return/refund rules above.
Health information
The information on swissgummies.ch — including ingredient pages, dosage guidance, and product narratives — is for general educational purposes. Our products are classified as food supplements, not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual results may vary. Our products are formulated to be effective when the recommended daily dosage is maintained for at least 60 days; please do not expect immediate results.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to your doctor before starting any supplement.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, photography, illustrations, brand marks, product names — is owned by Swiss Nutri GmbH or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written consent.
The product names MoodHugs™, TakeItEasy™, Hairmazing™, CollaGlow™, DreamDrops™, Ritual-Fit Dosing™, and the rest of the lineup are trademarks of Swiss Nutri GmbH.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: place fraudulent orders; submit false reviews; reverse-engineer or scrape the site; upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Liability
Swiss Nutri GmbH is liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence under Swiss Code of Obligations Articles 100 and 101. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections under Swiss law remain unaffected.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including carrier strikes, customs hold-ups, weather events, and supply-chain disruptions. We will keep you informed and refund affected orders if delivery becomes impossible.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the registered office of Swiss Nutri GmbH (Schwyz canton), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our operations. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers.
