What's the cut-off for same-day dispatch?

Noon CET on working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that ship the next working morning. Public holidays in Schwyz canton may add one day.

How much does shipping cost?

4.95 CHF standard shipping for all Swiss orders. Free shipping on orders over 100 CHF.

Do you ship to PO boxes or pickup points?

Yes — all Swiss Post pickup points and PO boxes work. Choose at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If we haven't dispatched yet, reply to your confirmation email within two hours and we'll re-route. Once Swiss Post scans the parcel, you'll need to update through their tracking link.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, send us the order number at support@swissgummies.ch. We open a Swiss Post claim and ship a free replacement the same day.

Do subscriptions ship the same way?

Yes. Subscription dispatch follows the same noon CET cut-off and the same 4.95 CHF / free over 100 CHF rate. You can pause or skip any cycle from your account.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?

Not at the moment. We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. If you'd like us to open your country, write us — we keep a waitlist.
