How much does shipping cost?

4.95 CHF standard shipping for all Swiss orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to PO boxes or pickup points?

Yes — all Swiss Post pickup points and PO boxes work. Choose at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If we haven't dispatched yet, reply to your confirmation email within two hours and we'll re-route. Once Swiss Post scans the parcel, you'll need to update through their tracking link.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, send the order number to support@swissgummies.ch and we will check with the carrier.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent after dispatch. Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?

Not at the moment. We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. If you'd like us to open your country, write us — we keep a waitlist.
