When refunds are available — and exactly how to request one.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Swiss Gummies cannot be returned once shipped. Refunds are issued only for wrong, defective, or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong item shipped

You received a different product than what you ordered. Refund or replacement after verification.

Defective or damaged

The product or packaging arrived damaged, or the gummies are visibly defective. Refund or replacement after verification.

Reporting window

Within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

Required evidence

Order number, description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

Change of mind

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on satisfaction or change of mind — opened or unopened.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind — for sizes, flavours, products, replacements, or substitutions.

Return shipping

Standard returns are not accepted, so no return labels are issued by default. If a refund is approved for a defective or wrong item, we'll clarify in writing whether the product needs to be returned and who pays the shipping — case by case.

How to request a refund

    Our customer support team reviews your request and replies in writing — either with refund approval and next steps, or with a clear reason if the request is rejected.

    Refund processed

    If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Bank/card timing means the credit appears in your account within 10–14 business days after approval.

Common questions about refunds.

Why don't you accept change-of-mind returns?

Food supplements have strict health and hygiene rules. Once a bottle has left our warehouse it cannot be re-sold to another customer, regardless of whether it's been opened. We rather offer transparent dosage guidance and a quiz so customers pick the right ritual the first time.

What counts as "defective or damaged"?

Examples we've refunded in the past: parcels crushed in transit, broken safety seals, gummies that arrived melted or discoloured, foreign objects in the bottle. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll tell you within one working day.

When does the 7-day window start?

From the day Swiss Post marks the parcel as delivered to your address. We use the carrier timestamp, not your order date.

How long until the refund hits my account?

We process the refund within 1 working day of approval. Your bank or card issuer typically takes 10–14 business days to display it.

What about subscription dispatches?

Each dispatch is a separate order under the same rules. Wrong or defective items inside a subscription box qualify for refund within 7 days; opened bottles do not. You can pause or cancel future renewals any time from your account.

Do you offer replacements instead of refunds?

Yes — if you'd prefer a replacement of the wrong or defective item to a refund, we ship one same-day from Küssnacht once the issue is verified.
