1. Return conditions

Swiss Gummies products are supplements intended for consumption. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any products, whether opened or unopened, once an order has been completed. Consumable products pose a risk of contamination and cannot be resold or reused once they have left our control.

This policy applies to all Swiss Gummies products purchased through our website or other authorised sales channels.

As Swiss Gummies products are consumable supplements, accepting returns would present a potential risk to other customers. Once a package has been delivered, possible contamination cannot be ruled out. For these reasons, returns are strictly excluded.

2. Refund conditions

As returns are not accepted, refunds are generally not provided for any purchase of Swiss Gummies products. An exception applies only in the unlikely event of a demonstrable fulfilment error on our part, such as the shipment of an incorrect product.

Any exception must be authorised in advance by our Customer Support team and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe that you have received an incorrect item or a defective product, you must contact our Customer Support within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs demonstrating the issue.

3. Timeframes

  • Return requests: Not applicable, as returns are not accepted.
  • Refund exceptions: Must be submitted within seven days of receipt of the goods.
  • Refund processing: If an exception is approved, refunds are processed within ten to fourteen business days following authorisation.

4. Return costs

As returns are not accepted, there are no return shipping arrangements or costs under normal purchase conditions. In the rare case that a refund exception is authorised, Swiss Nutri GmbH will provide instructions regarding any required documentation or the return of goods.

In such exceptional cases, it will also be clarified whether any shipping costs may be reimbursed. These situations are handled individually.
